Thank you to this year's Wellness Week's presenters!

The Wellness Department would like to thank all the presenters who came in to volunteer their time for this year's wellness week.

Let's learn more about them & where they work!


CrossFit Tilt
Brian Sieber- LJ & Terri Dicarlo (Wayland parents) opened CrossFit TILT in Sudbury & Waltham with head coach Brian Sieber. Brian has a BA from Springfield College & holds a CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, and CrossFit Gymnastics certificate. Brian believes that fitness can help children develop not only as athletes, but as individuals by teaching values that will help them in and out of the gym. 




Patient First Chiropractic & Physical Therapy
Lori and William Caddoo (Wayland Family) have owned Patient First Chiropractic & Physical Therapy http://www.patientfirstpt-chiro.com/index.html since 2004.


Andrew Young- Andrew Young earned both his Bachelors of Health Science in 2012, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Springfield College in 2014. Andrew's experience is primarily with outpatient orthopedic, with patients of all ages and a wide variety of diagnoses. He has completed training with Graston Technique and has experience with Kinesiotaping. In his spare time, he likes to compete in Mud Obstacle Races and is an avid barefoot runner.

Jessica Bonchi-Jessica earned both her Bachelors of Health Studies in 2015, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Boston University in 2017. Jessica’s experience has been primarily working in the outpatient setting with both orthopedic and vestibular conditions. She also has experience in the ICU and a skilled nursing facility, where she worked with patients with a variety of medical conditions. In addition, Jessica has completed training to perform Graston Technique.




Sarah Gardner- Sarah  is a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer, and has a Master of Education in Health and Fitness. She has had her own in-home personal training business for almost 20 years. Eight years ago Sarah established Yoga Reaches Out, a non-profit with the mission of bringing the yoga community together to create seva (selfless service).  Through yoga events, Yoga Reaches Out focuses on raising funds for organizations that impact the health, education, and well-being of children.  Yoga Reaches Out recently merged with Boston Children’s Hospital and together they hold an annual Yogathon at Gillette Stadium to help support the Wellness Center at the hospital. YRO has donated 1.3 million dollars to the hospital to date. To learn more about Yoga Reaches Out and their upcoming Yogathon on Sunday, April 29 the visit: yogareachesout.org. Sarah is a Wayland resident and her children Will and Emma are at Wayland High School.





Dr. Bradley Weiss-Dr. Weiss has been in practice for 34 years.  First in Vermont and for the last 15 years in Natick. He was named Vermont Chiropractor of the Year in 1997 and is presently on the Board of the Massachusetts Chiropractic SocietyDr. Weiss provides chiropractic care to a who’s who list of rock stars when they tour through Boston.  He works with athletes from professionals to weekend warriors.  He is one of a handful of fully certified Active Release Technique® (ART) Certified Providers in the state.  His goal is to help all his patients achieve optimum health and pain-free active living. Dr. Weiss works at Performance Health Center in Natick, which is just down the street from us! http://www.performancehealthcenter.com/




Ashley Boyer-Ashley Boyer was born and raised in Texas and moved to Massachusetts in 2001 where her husband told her it would only be for "3-5 years." 17 years and two kids later; Ashley and her family happily reside in Wayland, MA. Ashley graduated from Brigham Young University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and a double minor in Business and Gerontology. She enjoys playing basketball and tennis, reading and outdoor adventures with her family.
