Dear 7th grade Wayland Middle School Parents/Guardians,
As we move into the new school year we would like to remind you that all 7th grade students will partake in a baseline concussion assessment using ImPACT (Immediate Post Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing). The testing will take place from 9/15/16 - 9/23/16.

Please fill out the permission slip (click here) ASAP. We must have your consent before your child participates in the test, so we would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
